Windows 10: Can't download this app or any others from the microsoft store. Please help

When dowloading an app from the microsoft store, it gets all the way through the process and when it's about to finish, it stop and says "Retry" and "There has been an error" As seen in the screenshot, it says that error code '0x80073CF6' and basically nothing else. This happened a while ago too I would guess like 3 months ago, and I never found a solution. Now I would like to find one. I just used that game as an example but again, it happens to every app. I have tried some things in other support forums but none have worked. Please help and thanks

Pending Issue in Downloading app from Microsoft Store

I am writing to seek assistance with downloading apps from the Microsoft Store on my Windows 11 system. Unfortunately, I’ve encountered an issue where apps remain stuck in a pending state, and I’m unable to download or update them.

Problem Description:

• Apps are not downloading or updating.
  
• They remain stuck in the queue for an extended period.
  

Steps Taken:

1. I’ve signed out and signed back into my Microsoft Store account.
   
2. I’ve cleared the Microsoft Store cache using the wsreset command.
   
3. I’ve attempted to repair the Microsoft Store installation.
