Windows 10: Can't download updates, Error code: 0x80073712

Hi, when I try and download updates to make my PC compatible with an upgrade to Windows 11 I keep getting the error message "Some update files are missing or have problems. We'll try to download the update again later. Error code: 0x80073712". The updates it is trying to download when it fails are KB5055063 and KB5053643. I noticed it when the Xbox app wouldn't let me download games on gamepass with its own error saying "We couldn't connect you to the service" 0x800704c6. I'm unsure if they're related. I've tried redownloading everything, troubleshooting, using Ethernet instead of WiFI,

I have had this error code 0x80073712 now for 4 months. I tried to fix the below-mentioned step:

1. By troubleshooting windows update issue didn't resolve
   
2. Did DIMS scan and repair. Re-start the device and receive the same error again.
