    hello! my mom made the mistake of thinking she could handle linux, so she followed some weird youtube tutorial to download linux mint onto my os without permission, and now i cant use the media or assistant tools as they dont work on linux, and i get this error message when trying to download the iso from the website"We are unable to complete your request at this time.
