Windows 10: cant download windows 11 iso

hello! my mom made the mistake of thinking she could handle linux, so she followed some weird youtube tutorial to download linux mint onto my os without permission, and now i cant use the media or assistant tools as they dont work on linux, and i get this error message when trying to download the iso from the website"We are unable to complete your request at this time. Some users, entities and locations are banned from using this service. For this reason, leveraging anonymous or location hiding technologies when connecting to this service is not generally allowed"i have tried all of my devices

Finding .IMG or .ISO file in Windows 8.1 Pro download

Hey guys,

In preparation for my new PC I downloaded Windows 8.1 Pro from Dreamspark, and I wanted to burn it to a DVD, so I can install it on the new PC.
However, in the downloaded files I can't find a .IMG or .ISO file anywhere. I understood that the .IMG file is the one you need to burn to the DVD?

Any suggestions?

Downloading ISOs for Windows 7, 8.1, 10

Thanks for the heads up about IE 11. I didn't see the requirements listed on the page I downloaded from....Internet Explorer 11 is blocked(Aegis for Windows 7/8.x) from being installed on my pc and I've uninstalled IE 8...could be why it doesn't work.

At least I know why....*Smile
