    cant empty anything in windows 11


    what it says on the tin. for one reason or another i cant seem to empty out the recycle bin. i've already ran the system check and it didn't work; the problem was still there. i dont have any 'important system files/folders' in there, so its pretty strange. i dont think the EN-to-JP locale switch was the issue, as i've had this issue even when the EN locale was there.
