Windows 10: Can't enable 5ghz on Netgear router

Discus and support Can't enable 5ghz on Netgear router in Windows 10 Network and Sharing to solve the problem; I can't figure it out. Unless it's and either or option.     Nevermind, I got it. Under advanced setup I didn't have the signal enabled.

    Lumia 920 won't switch on.

    I had an issue with one of my router, a Netgear, disconnecting few devices including the Lumia 920 but only on the 2.4ghz band and not the 5ghz band. Just like you the disconnected devices would not reconnect until the Netgear was rebooted. Problem was
    finally resolved with beta firmware from Netgear. The only other router giving problems was a HuaWei. Remaining routers were fine with the 920.

    Lumia 950XL 5ghz Wifi issue

    I have just purchased Lumia 950 and am unable to connect to wireless 5GHz network. Router is Netgear nighthawk ac1900 smartwifi router model r7000. Have to use 2GHz.
