Windows 10: Can't enable AZERTY switch for external keyboard

Hi, I work in both French and English daily so I need to be able to type accents etc. regularly. I have an HP Pavilion laptop and have the UK Extended keyboard set up so that I can type é with altgr+e, and for all other accents I use the WIN + SPACE shortcut to change my keyboard to AZERTY layout. My problem is that I have recently got an Bluetooth mechanical keyboard GamaKay LK67 and neither shortcut works on it. The shortcuts still work on my laptop's inbuilt keyboard but I can't find a way to apply the alternate keyboard layouts to the mech. Any fixes? Thanks!

Azerty keyboard with English input

I just migrated to a Lumia 930 windows phone from Blackberry. I have the following problem: I live in Belgium, use the Azerty keyboard with the Lumia but want to use the spellcheck in English and that does not work. When I select the English language the
keyboard switches to Querty. Any suggestion?

 

QUERTY and AZERTY

I have an E72 AZERTY keyboard cell while my software installed is a QUERTY one, (if I press A on keyboard the phone types Q, Z->U, etc...).

Can anyone advice with a step by step how I can reinstall AZERTY software???

As there is no English AZERTY keyboard in existence, there is no English AZERTY keyboard in Windows Phone.
