Windows 10: Can't enable .NET Framework 3.5 includes 3.0, 2.0

Discus and support Can't enable .NET Framework 3.5 includes 3.0, 2.0 in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; So when i go into turn windows features on and off and chose .NET Framework includes 3.0, 2.0 it will say searching for files then for about 5-12 mins...     Can't enable .NET Framework 3.5 includes 3.0, 2.0


    So when i go into turn windows features on and off and chose .NET Framework includes 3.0, 2.0 it will say searching for files then for about 5-12 mins it will say downloading files then it will say windows cannot complete the changes i have good internet connection anyone know what to do?
