Windows 10: Can't enable X-Box Game Bar Windows 11

I'm trying to use X-Box Game Bar to record video watched via Google Chrome Browser. A PC Magazine article advised I must first enable the game bar in settings. I see no option to enable the game bar in Windows 11 settings and attempts to record with the game bar produced no recordings. I'm using a Dell Inspiron computer with Intel R UHD Graphics 630 card and ACER S271HL monitor. Can anyone help?

X-BOX and Game Bar

I deleted X-BOX and game bar from my laptop (Windows 10). I didn't think I'd need it but it turns out I do. Is it possible to get it back? Can I download it again?

 

X Box -Game Bar

X Box Game bar conflicts with some educational software we use at school. I am able to disable Gamebar, but it seems re-able itself. How can Game Bar be disabled on a more durable basis (other than settings) Could Gamebar be disabled by default? Can
it be disinstalled?

To turn off windows updates in windows 7 follow these steps:

Click the start button, in the search box type in 'windows updates', click on 'windows update'
in the search results list, in the left side of the windows update window click 'change settings'
then in the option bar select 'Never check for updates'.
