Windows 10: cant encrypt a file on windows 11

Discus and support cant encrypt a file on windows 11 in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; so i cant encrypt my file which is .tdb i enter the advanced attributes and i cant press Encrypt contents to secure data is grayed out...     My suggestion to you is to look into what kind of encryption the program used, and look for a way to break that type of encryption. Sorry I can't say a specific program for sure.
