    Can't enter new wireless network key


    I changed my wireless network key/password. When selecting the wireless network to connect to the internet, my desktop and cell phone prompted me to enter to new key and I was able to connect with no problems. However, my two laptops do not prompt me for the new key, just notifies me that it "can't connect to this network".

    Any suggestions are welcomed !

    wifi username & password in Windows 10

    I just had the same problem and I added my network manually.

    You need to know your SSID, Security Type and Security Key.

    • Go to Network and Sharing Center.
    • Set up a new connection or network.
    • Manually connect to a wireless network.
    • Enter SSID, security type and key of your wireless network.

    Extract Wireless Key from E72

    Puzzled why if you have administrator rights, you can't log-in to router from PC by typing 192.168.1.1 to access key, but perhaps missing something here.
