  1. Can't even find where my Wifi networks are now.

I have an Acer Nitro 16, It was working fine a couple hours ago. but just logged back in and now it's saying internet is not connected. I got to Network and internet settings to troubleshoot and it says ethernet is not connected. I've never connected via ethernet. There's not even an option to look up networks near me. Does anyone know a fix for this or how to get wifi networks to show up? It's not my wifi connection, all of my other devices are currently running fine on the connectios. Thanks in advance!

    :)

Network protocol missing - keep losing wifi since windows 10 upgrade

    Hi Guys

    Thank you for your suggestions.

I uninstalled the network adapter and restarted.

    This did not work.

Then I tried step 6 suggested by Banonymy above. This was promising as I ended up with wifi for quite some time but then the same thing happened. I lost wifi and had to go back through the troubleshooting steps over and over again.

When the problem is found and resolved it appears to be that:

"the windows wireless service is not running on this computer"

I would be grateful for any more suggestions.

    T

WiFi issue in the secured network?

    Greetings hirababulogantha,

The following are troubleshooting steps I use myself whenever I get odd disconnects on any of my mobile devices that always seem to resolve this type of issue.

    To turn Off/On Wifi

    • Go to Settings on the phone
    • Navigate and tap Wifi
    • Flick Wifi off or on.

    Remove a stored(known) network

    • Go to Settings on the phone
    • Navigate and tap Wifi
    • Flick Off Wifi
    • Tap Advanced
    • Tap and hold on the university network then tap Delete.
    • Flick On Wifi
    • Tap the university network to connect to it again.
    Best Regards,

Can´t connect to my Wifi network

    Hi everyone,

I can´t connect to my Wifi from my desktop with Window 10. I had an ethernet cable before and it worked perfectly but now I can´t connect my computer to the router through the cable anymore.

For some reason it detects my wifi network but when i try to connect it says i cant connect.

I followed a few tutorials online of how to fix it and still didn´t work.

    any help please???

    thanks in advance
