Windows 10: Can’t even get to the desktop

Hi there I really need some help I know this probably isn’t the pcs fault at all I think it’s a windows Microsoft problem but I can not for the life of me get past the create pin part of the set up right when I press create pin I get the loading circle pop up and it just never loads I’ve left it on there for hrs I’ve restarted the pc I just feeling a lil at a lose I was so excited to use the computer just to not be able to for more context I can’t even get to the desk top

To resolve your issue with flickering desktop, we suggest that you update your display drivers with the steps listed below:

• Right-click Start, then select Device Manager.
• Expand Display Adapters to find the name of your device.
• Right-click the device and select Update Driver Software.
• Follow steps to update display drivers.
