Windows 10: Can’t factory reset me, errors.

Hello! Is there a solution to delete everything from pc do a factory reset without being inside windows itself? The recovery mode dosen’t help me - it does the reset on pc but later it says “something went wrong” and it goes back to 0. Can I reboot it wirh another pc or bios? I’m using a Gigabyte motherboard.

There shouldn't be an issue singing in to your computer after performing a factory reset. What's odd is that the error message "Your account has been disabled" is showing up. However, we suggest that you provide us a screenshot of the signing
in page with the said error message. It's for us to determine what would be the steps that we need to isolate your concern.
