Windows 10: Can't favorite some pictures in Windows Photo

Hi all,When I open pictures on Windows Photos, sometimes I can't save them as favorite. The Favorite button Hear icon is grayed out and I can't click on it.This seems to happen randomly to pictures within the same folder and taken with the same phone.Is there any workaround to this issue?ThanksMy OS: Windows 10Photos app version: 2023.11110.6001.0

Hi,

It is easy to add a picture to favorites on your Windows 10 Mobile. You can follow the steps provided below:

• Go to the Photos app.
• Mark your favorite photos by selecting the heart icon on any photo.
• To see all your favorites, go to Albums>
  Favorites.

To see a rotating display of your favorite photos on the Photos tile on home screen, open the
Photos app > See more (...)
> Settings, and under
Tile, select
Favorites.

Favorite photos do not appear in Favorite Album

Thank you for your suggestions. I updated the app but many of the photos marked favorites still do not show up in the favorites album. I've also taken the steps suggested in the referenced thread without any success. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

Limit or Error on Pictures-Favorites?

Hi,

I have thousands of photos loaded onto my Dell Venue Pro (T-Mobile), upgraded to 7.5, and have tagged 380 as favorites. Now when I try to tag any additional photo as a favorite, it kicks me out of the Pictures app. Is there a way to correct this? Is there
supposed to be a limit of 380 favorite photos?
