    Can't figure out whats causing bluescreen of death


    Hello, My pc has been bluescreening randomly and when my computer crashes it bsods for like 1 second before resetting not telling me why it's bluescreening. I've always had bad luck with computers so any help will be appreciated as this is not the first time my pc has ever bluescreened

    new CPU (3200+ Athlon 64). It worked fine when I first put it in, but then I come home & now I get the bluescreen of death. I'm trying to figure out what is wrong, and any help you could provide would make me eternally greatful. Thanks in advance.

    Asus Zephyrus G14 is getting bluescreen of death error

    • My Asus Zephyrus G14 GA401IV-BR9N6 (AMD Ryzen 9 4900HS - 16GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060) is getting bluescreen of death error atleast twice a day. I cannot figure out what is the accurate error due to many different bluescreen errors.
    • I have updated all my drivers(Nvidia, AMD etc) and all windows 10 latest updates. I have noticed that these errors are frequent when I use Dolby Atmos as spatial sound option.
    • I checked the event viewer and found out that there are multiple critical errors of 41(63) KERNEL-POWER (70368744177664),(2). I have uploaded all my mini dump + event log as a ZIP file in below link. please check, Thank you.
