  1. Can't Find Applicable Devices Linked to Your Microsoft Account

I am having a problem with installing an app. My laptop doesn't seem to be recognized as a device linked to my Microsoft account. Someone else had a similar issue but it concerned their xbox, so the steps they took to fix the problem are a bit different to my issue, at least I think it is.
I am attempting to install the "Tubi" app.
In the Microsoft store, it claims I own the app, but when I attempt to install, it tells me I have no applicable devices linked to my account. When I go to my Microsoft account, I can clearly see my laptop listed as a device on my account.
I updated Windows I am running Windows 10 Pro, restarted the laptop and it still gives me the message.
I have also updated Microsoft Store, but to no avail.
Is Tubi not able to be run on this version of Windows? It says in the Microsoft Store that the app is compatible with Windows 10, but I'm not having any success and getting somewhat frustrated.
I thought I would try to download it again, but because it's showing up as an owned app but providing no install button, I can't really delete something that isn't technically there. The store says I own it, but there doesn't seem to be an actual application present and no way to convince the store I need to download it again.
While not completely tech savvy, I'm also not devoid of technical know-how. I'm beginning to feel a little stupid here by not being able to figure this out. Any help would be greatly appreciated. 2. ‘No applicable devices linked to Microsoft account’

    Hello Greg,

I recently upgraded to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. When I try to install a game, while signed into my account, from the MS webpage, I get a dialog box stating:

Where do you want to install?

It looks like you don’t have any applicable device(s) linked to your Microsoft account. To install, sign in on a device with your Microsoft account.

My account manger shows my PC on my devices' listing page. I linked to the manager using the same account, which displays "My account login" on both the page trying to install and the devices listing. Apparently the dialog cannot access the devices linked
    to my account.

When I did not use the "...." -> "Install on my devices" and just clicked "Install/play" the install did kick off and is apparently working.

Can't Find Applicable Devices Linked to Your Microsoft Account

It looks like you don’t have any applicable device(s) linked to your Microsoft account.

Very frustrated, I just purchased Minecraft for Windows 10 from the Microsoft store, but when it gets to the install step, I get: It looks like you don’t have any applicable device(s) linked to your Microsoft account.
To install, sign in on a device with your Microsoft account.

But I am signed in, the PC shows up on my list of devices and I'm attempting to download it to that same PC listed. It's linked but refuses to allow my purchase to be downloaded. I've gone through the Get More Info
section but nothing helps. The device is listed with "No issues found" but I'm at a loss as to how to get my purchase installed. This has to be an issue someone else has run into, what's the solution? Thanks!
