Windows 10: Can’t find bit locker key Help!

For some reason bitlocker activated.I accessed my account and found the recover key, nothing new since it happened before and I solved the problem. Now when I insert the recovery key it says wrong recovery key. I don’t have any additional email accounts associated to this computer. The key ID it gives me doesn’t match the one on the bit locker recovery page. Please help me.

2. What is the version of Windows 10 you have installed?
   
3. What is the make and model number of your computer?
   

Issues might be happening because of entering Incorrect Bit Locker recovery key. Bit Locker key password will be a 48-digit alpha numeric characters.

Bit locker key

Bit locker won’t except any of the keys from my Microsoft account. What’s the next step to get it unlocked?

 

Bit Locker Key

Daughter laptop requesting bit locker recovery key.

She didn't change anything.

But overnight, its now requesting this. So assume an update occurred, that impacted this.

Ive checked our MS account and there no recovery keys there. He device is not even listed.

Is there a workaround, or fix. Ive looked at the support notes, and don't have a print out of the key or usb stick etc..

any help would be appreciated. As were stuck on the blue screen Bit locker screen.
