Windows 10: Can't find Defender BitLocker Unlock Now Support

I read this article but can't find the Unlock Now. It just brings to Microsoft 365 screen.I tried to use Microsoft Defender Offline Scan but when the computer restarted it asked me to input a BitLocker Recovery password to access the drive. My Computer isn't Bitlocked and I can still access all my file. Is it a Virus? I ran a regular Full Scan and it didn't detect anything.

HELP: Automatic BitLocker Unlock.

Windows Auto unlock ONLY works in case you have Bitlocker on your system drive, because if your system drive is not encrypted auto unlocking other drives means loss of security.
But in my case my system drive is Encrypted with hardware encryption that i password unlock during boot. So auto unlocking Bitlocker drives will do fine for me.

I'm just wondering what this is for on Bitlocker (unlock)? How do you use it?
