Windows 10: Can't find Dosvc in registry editer

I went in to registry editor to see that DoSvc is not there at all it is in the system32 files

I can't find the DoSvc file in registry editor

I noticed my delivery optimization not working properly so I went in to registry editor to see that DoSvc is not there at all it is in the system32 files however I don't know why this happened.
