Windows 10: Can't find my Windows product key in my order list

A week ago I have installed Windows 10 on my new computer and planned to use a product key that I bought fromMicrosoft website. But for some reason I can't access it. There is a note about purchase in my order list:But I can't find where to see it. I'm completely sure that there was a button to get a key some years ago. There is not the key in "print order" or "order help" buttons.I have carefully studied what is written in the support. It says that if I bought Windows through the site, then there should be a key in the ordellist. It also says to contact the support by phone only the robot an

Product Key not on Order Page

I ordered an upgrade from Windows 10 Home to Pro recently. The upgrade occurred automagically, but I now have no product key. I spent some time and went to my account, finding the order and selecting it. Microsoft support under "Product Key" says to

Go to Order history, find ,
and then select Product key/Install

I looked at the order summary and detail on Order History. There was no Product Key. Much appreciate some help.

Thank you for contacting Microsoft community.

I suggest you to Uninstall the license using the following steps.

• Press Windows key + X
• Click Command Prompt (Admin)
• At the command prompt, type: slmgr.vbs -upk
• Press Enter, this will uninstall the product key from the computer.

Further on, install Windows 8.1 activate the copy with the product key on the new machine. Then again upgrade the same to Windows 10 using Window Update or Media Creation Tool.

Where is my Product Key if I want to re-install?


Like davidhk said. But if you really want to see your windows key, I would suggest Belarc advisor. It will give you some useful information about your system, product keys of your software is among them (not only Microsoft, you will have listed most of your keys).
