Windows 10: Cant find screenshots after switching to new pc

I got a new pc yesterday and now when i take a screenshot it doesnt go to screenshots folder. I tried searching "screenshot" in C: but it only showed the screenshots from my last device. I tried going to the picture folder but there was none, only a onedrive cloud picture folder. And when i disabled onedrive sync for pictures folder, i could see the local screenshots folder, but when i tried taking a new screenshot it didnt appear there and the only thing in all of the folders inside the Pictures folder was a shortcut to the onedrive screenshot folder named "Shortcut to Screenshots OneDrive -

I suggest you to follow the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• Open File Explorer and click on This PC in the left navigation pane.
• Navigate to the location: C:\Users\<Username>\Pictures\Screenshots.
• Right click on the Screenshots folder and select Properties.
• Click on the Location tab in the Properties Window.
• Change the location to the desired location and click on Move.

Airplane mode switch not working

Since the troubleshooting steps that were provided did not resolve the issue, we suggest switching on the Radio Management Service. To do that, please follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key + R.
• Type services.msc, then hit Enter.
• Search for Radio Management Service.
  
• Right-click, then choose Start.

Note: Never ever set this service to "Disabled".

Get back to us if the steps won't work.

 

Lock vs Login screen screenshot

Hi Josey -

Thanks for the quick reply. While your suggestion does change the sign in process, it doesn't address the differing screenshot question. Following the steps doesn't make the login screenshot the same as the Lock screenshot. As I mentioned, I can't even find the screenshots being used for both screens.

Still looking a solution to this. Open to any other suggestions you might have to the problem. Thanks!
