Windows 10: Can't find source of Unexpected Kernel Mode Trap error

I have run memory testing software, cpu testing software and have run driver update software and am still having problems. Windows 11 runs fine for a while than I get random glitches, copy paste won;t wotk, taskbar disapears, etc. When I hit the restart icon, I get a BSOD Unexpected Kernel Mode Trap error. System reboots and is fine for a few hours or even a day or two and then starts failing again. Please help!
