Windows 10: Can't find system information for Dxdiag

I'm having the same issue that this guy has:

The answer on that forum wasn't helpful and I literally could only find that one forum post addressing this same issue when trying to Google for solutions, and that's all the way from 2015 too. So I thought maybe I could find someone who can help here.

DxDiag System information problem

Hello Everybody,

I'm having troubles with DxDiag , it doesnt show anything in system info and the main problm is that i cant start th game which needs direct x 11 ..



as you see ... in Dxdiagnostics i have only "X"-s for system information , but if i check the nvidia settings i have direct x 11 ...

what can i do with this ?!

I was able to upgrade from windows 8.1 to windows 10 without much trouble. My 2 part question is where is the run command and where is dxdiag. I opened the folder icon on the taskbar and went to local disk c: and did a search for dxdiag. It returned a bunch of information but when I clicked on an .exe it said it was not compatible with this version of windows.
