Windows 10: cant find where i puchased windows 10 dvd player any where

i purchased window 10 dvd player a few year ago when i got this laptop a year or so later i had to restore my laptop back to factory settings went to reinstall windows 10 dvd player and its now where to be found its not in my library in the microsoft store it and its not in my purchase hist. in my microsoft account At that time my microsoft account was under a diff email i have cked that account its not there either so what do i do i payed for it but cant find any record of it any where please help

Windows DVD Player FUBAR

In order to assist you better could you please confirm whether you're using the Windows 10 DVD player App or Windows Media Player (DVD).

I suggest you to update the drivers from the Device Manager and see if this helps. Follow the steps below to do the same:

• Press Windows key + X key and click Device Manager.
• Expand the DVD/CD ROM Drives.
• Right-click on the mentioned drive and click on Properties.
• Go to Drivers Tab and click on Update.
• Restart the computer and check.

Unable to play DVDs on Windows Media Player, Windows 10
