Windows 10: Can't find Windows Spotlight on Windows 10 Education

I used College Buys and get a free Windows 10 Edu Keypersonal Use, but after I reinstalled my computer 1909 the Windows Spotlight isn't on the lock screen list. On the screen it says "some feature are hidden by your organization", but nothing cause effect in gpedit, and I didn't get the KEY in my school said before. How can I get the function back?

Windows Spotlight is a nifty feature in Windows 10. It can downloads pictures and advertisements from Bing and then displays them on your lock screen. Besides, you can mark whether you wish to see more or less images of a similar type.

To sort out your concern, simply follow the steps provided below:

• Go to privacy settings:
  
• Background apps turn on
  
• For spottlight setting app must be on.
  
• You can now use spottlight in personalisation tab.
