Windows 10: Cant fix this issue KB5058499 Download error 0x800700005

So my computer keeps failing a update called 2025-05 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 24H2 for x64-based Systems KB5058499 and the error is 0x80070005. Done a bunch of recommendation such as DISM health stuff and changed administration settings but still nothing.

TPU Site issues 2016/17

The filter list says last successful download was an hour ago.
It appears to have remedied all errors.

System restore problem (Error 0x800700005)

I'm running WIN 10 64 bit and suddenly I cannot run System Restore . When I try to run it I get " The restore point could not be created for the following reason - Access is denied Error 0x800700005.

System Restore has always worked perfectly until this happened.
