Windows 10: Cant fix windows 10

I can start my computer fine, sign into my account but once i get to the desktop i have about 20 seconds before EVERYTHING becomes unresponsive. After restarting the computer i can click on the shift-restart option to bring up the troubleshoot menu but nothing on the troubleshoot menu works. Ive tried booting into safe mode, but everytime the computer goes to 'restart' itself it shuts off and never turns itself back on. With the other options such as 'reset this pc' it will let me choose whether i want to keep my files or not then the screen goes black and after a bit the pc stops outputting to the screen. It has the same issue with system restore, startup repair, and even command prompt. I no longer care about keeping my files, i just need a working computer.

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
