Windows 10: Can't format my SSD drive and install windows

I wanted to reinstall my windows system on my ssd drive but I have encountered some problem while trying to do so. I got some error while trying to format the disk or install the system. I was trying to manage the disk through DISKPART but the format was stuck on 66% i belive. I tried that multiple times and now I ended up in the situation where my disk is in raw file format and I cannot do anything with it. When I try to run clean in diskpart I get an error: DiskPart has encountered an error and the request cannot be performed due to I/O device errorAnd now when I try to run format then it is

I assume you are installing from the ISO flash drive right? If so, at the step where it asks you where to install Windows, instead of using the format option, use delete option instead. Delete every partition listed for the SSD. It might say Drive 0 or Drive 1, etc, but you should be able to tell which drive is your SSD based on the size. Once all partitions are deleted, you would be given one unallocated space. That's the one you can select, then click next for Windows to install.

Think of a hard drive or SSD as a book . . .

A Quick Format basically deletes the contents page (File Allocation Table), whereas a Long Format will also delete all the pages (Files)

If a quick format is taking 2 hours on your SSD and you are experiencing problems with Windows, when only performing a Quick Format, then I would suggest the formatting operation is not the problem, most likely that SSD has a problem. A Quick format on that
drive, should take approx. 10 minutes . . .

the install should go fine no problem. unless it was a refurb their should be no need to format the drive. plug and play bro. but make sure you put your bios in AHCI mode.

After its installed. (leave page file on SSD)

and do stuff listed here.
