    Can't found OS on startup, After i set my drive active in an other copy of windows.


    So I have 2 copies of windows one on each drive.

    And i accidentally set my other drive (with the other windows) Active in the other version of windows.

    And if i restart windows from my other drive (the drive that i set active) it says: Cant found OS. Try disconnecting other drives. (or something like that).


    I already set inActive that drive in the other windows but it still doesn't work.



    Is there any solution to fix this WITHOUT formating the drive?

    Windows 7 not genuine problem

    It seems like that's an OEM windows copy, it will do that the every time you reinstall the OS. If you have the key, next time you see the "not genuine windows copy" click it and choose to activate by phone, everything else is pretty straight forward as it explains step-by-step. If it doesn't work, then its highly likely that you got a Pirate copy.
