    I'm using the mentioned device TP-Link archer t2u for wifi and bluetooth.     I'm using the mentioned device (TP-Link archer t2u) for wifi and bluetooth.

    WiFi installs fine, and there also seems to be an entry in the `events` section that confirms this:

    Device USB\VID_2357&PID_011E\00e04c000001 was started.

    Driver Name: netrtwlanu.inf

    Class Guid: {4d36e972-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318}

    Service: RtlWlanu

    Lower Filters:

    Upper Filters: vwifibus

    But, when it comes to bluetooth, it simply doesnt want to work. error from `events` section:

    Device USB\VID_2357&PID_011E\00e04c000001 had a problem starting.

    Driver Name: oem2.inf

    Class Guid: {4d36e972-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318}

    Service: RtlWlanu

    Lower Filters:

    tried reinstalling drivers, removing other internet/bluetooth related drivers, but that didnt work.

    The vendor's website didnt have info regarding this specific issue.

    what can i do?

    Regarding your question, as a first troubleshooting option, have you tried downloading most recent driver from TP-Link and manually installing them?

    This is a wifi device. This is not a Bluetooth device. Look on the box it says wifi. I don't see anything about a Bluetooth device on the box. Unless you bought a different model?
