Windows 10: Can't get audio on outgoing calls from phone apps

I have a Surface laptop, Win 10, and my audio works on everything I need it to except when I make a call in any of the phone apps I have. I can receive calls and audio works, set meetings and audio works, even video calls and audio works. We are using RingCentral, Cisco Jabber and Teams in a transition. When I make a call to someone using any of those apps, they can't hear me and I can't hear them. When I start a meeting or they call me, all audio works both ways. I have tried different headsets, airpods and the PC speakers and mic and all the same result. I have gone through all the s

Nokia/Lumia 610 - Can`t make outgoing calls

Incoming calls is no problem at all , it shows the name if it is part of my contacts and if not it shows the number. I can not make out going calls from my contacts . The only time I can make a outgoing call is if I go to call settings and change it to ``show
caller id `` to my contacs . I can make a outgoing call , then after a while the setting jumps back to show everyone and the I can`t make outgoing calls at all.



Like I said , I reset the phone to factory settings 3 times already. I didn`t trsnfer my contacts after I reset it , I created 3 new contacts , the problem still persisted.



Is there any way I could downgrade my firmware ? Would it help ? The phone worked perfect for the 1st week

Samsung Galaxy S10: Android 10 / OneUI 2.1

It worked fine using my Surface Pro 4 but on my new Surface Pro X the Ringtone and Call Quality through the Your Phone app are terrible: Constant crackling, tapping whatever you want to call it. Kind of like coins being dropped.

All other aspects of Your Phone work wonderfully.

I've tried:

Phone:

1. Bluetooth: Unpairing the Surface Pro X
2. Your Phone Companion App: Clearing Application Data/Cache

Surface Pro X:

1. Settings -> Bluetooth: Unpairing the phone
2. Settings -> Phone: Unlinking the phone
3. Settings -> Apps: Your Phone App: Repair and Reset

I then set it all up again which went through all fine.

I've also tried:

1. Device Manager -> All Bluetooth Drivers -> Update Driver
2. Paired a Bluetooth speaker to my Surface Pro X. This works fine.

I suspect the issue is related to the Your Phone App and Bluetooth but don't know where to check next?

Because the crackling noise seems to be bluetooth related.
