Windows 10: Can't get Google Chrome notifications banners or in the Notification Center

Brand new Lenovo V15 G2 ALC laptop with Windows 11 home. On the System->Notifications screen in the Settings app, I can turn on notifications for Google Chrome. but I do not get the banners or notifications on the notifications center, I can hear the notification but not see it, or don't know if it is coming from Gmail, google LSA, another app that is call GoHighLevel, YELP, or pretty much anything that I have open in Chrome does not give me a notification, I tried with an edge but it does not work either and want to use Chrome because that is my work tool and I use pretty much all the goo

I am not getting any Google Meet notifications in Google Chrome.

Windows 11 Pro.

In System -> Notifications, Notifications are set to On for Google Chrome. I have Google Chrome Notifications set to 'Show notifications banner' and 'Show notifications in notification center' I have Do Not Disturb set to Off

In Privacy and Security -> Notifications I have Notification Access and Let apps access your notifications both set to Yes

I am still not getting any type of notification of meetings. I have missed two meetings so far today.

"Notification" vs "Notification banner" vs "Show notifications in action center" in Windows 10

Notification - an alert from an application or service that needs your attention. Example, pending Windows Updates to be installed, virus detected, incoming email.

Notification banner Those notifications that pop up on your screen when a notification first arrives are called banners.

Show notifications in action center - If a notification banner pops onto your screen and you don't select it, it will go to action center for you to review later.
