Windows 10: Can't get into laptop.

My computer just all of a sudden doesn't like my finger print or password. Fingerprint is clean, and yes it's the right password. I have it written on my wall and used it yesterday. All it says now is restart to try again. So I restart then says to restart and try again. Literally **** do I do? I've tried every youtube video possibe, nothing. Restart, nothing. Try to get into safe screen thingo, nothing. Called 3 techs who all wanted to charge me over 300 bucks for what? This isn't my fault. I'm putting in the right password. I can't call anyone, can't email email. This is honestly a joke. Wh
