    Can't get into my laptop


    Hi I can't get into my laptop it was running slow so I changed the start up setting to basic I think ? Once it applied the sign in page now says something happened to your pin and it isn't available click here once clicking it comes up with error message so can't get any further to do anything.Any suggestions how to get in to change my start up settings?
