Windows 10: Can't get into pc after getting hacked and can't access recovery key

So yesterday my microsoft account, epic games, ea and a few other accounts got hacked and the hacker then removed my email and phone number from my microsoft account so I cannot access it at all. I'm currently waiting on Microsoft to get back to me about recovering my account but I've switched on my account this morning and I keep getting stuck on a black screen with the loading cursor. I've tried going into troubleshooting but it keeps asking me for a recovery key but obviously I cannot access that since I can't get onto my microsoft account. I also cannot reset my pc for some reason.I'm real

Which steps did you perform? Was this from a clean boot?
Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste this command: shutdown /r /o /f /t 00
It will boot to the recovery options or windows advanced troubleshooting menu.
Click troubleshooting and click reset this computer. You will be saving files. Applications and programs will be removed. Windows will be reinstalled.
Enter your windows logon password.
You will see getting things ready with rotating dots.
Click resetting this PC.
It will then display the HP logo with resetting this PC with rotating dots and a percentage.

 

Router flaws put AT&T customers at hacking risk

Thanks for posting that, Borg. I've got AT&T ADSL (connected to fiber a quarter mile away), but with a Pace router, which is now owned by Arris. Of course a different router model than mentioned in the article, but one does get concerned when learning this kind of hacking.

The article states that Arris commented, but nothing from AT&T yet. The author stated he would update the article when they do.

I bet there's some coders that are going to be busy writing a patch for this.
