Windows 10: Can't get into the computer

    Can't get into the computer


    Hello, I'm writing this on the behalf of a friend of mine, who got this problem. He can't get into his computer, when he starts it, the login picture thing with the time and date comes up, but when he clicks/ presses enter, it becomes blurry, and then doesn't switch to the login screen like, but instead it just stays blurry, only to become the screen with the time and date again. He also tried to reset his Windows 10 and to enter with the save mode, but no success.
