Windows 10: Can't get Minecraft 10 edition

I've had Minecraft java edition since May 1, 2014 yet i have no option to download the windows 10 edition but it gives me the option to buy it. Why can't I download the windows 10 edition when I've bought Minecraft before 2018?

Minecraft beta edition

Having same problem connecting to friends worlds. The only one working is on Realms....frustrating. Before Realms we could connect most times but since it was opened no other worlds are connecting. We can sometimes connect to new friends worlds on Minecraft,
which is odd.
