    Cant get new password for hotmail i just made


    Hi,I just built a new pc for my nephew for christmas. Made a new hotmail when setting up windows and somehow forgot the easy password i made. Tried to recover the password but it always gets denied. Is there any hope or do i have to reinstall windows again?

    Please could someone explain in plain english how do i set up a new "hotmail account " mine old one do not work and i have been trying to set up a new one but all this jargon does not help a poor old man, i had hotmail for 10 years but i not get it now it say something about delta sync i mean what the hell is that , so if a kind person could guide me step by step thank you

    Problems signing into Hotmail, using new password

    I changed my hotmail password (on my pc), and when I try to put this SAME new password using my LG phone, I keep getting message "wrong password" .... it's so frustrating. Any suggestions please? Thanks in advance
