Windows 10: Can't get new Win11 PC working properly on home network

My new Microsoft Surface Laptop 6 running Windows 11 can't see other Win11 PC on network. It sees Win10 PC and prompts for sign in which doesn't work even though I know the credentials are good. Other Win11 PC connects fine to both the new Win11 PC and old Win10 PC. Also, Win10 PC connects fine to both other PCs on network. I have tried all the troubleshooting file sharing on, password protected sharing off, etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Mike L

How could this be? File transfer wizard won't work

It worked fine last week. Now when I go through the same steps I get an error message that says: The wizard cannot locate your new computer. Make sure the new computer is turned on and that your network is working properly. It worked fine before. I am doing the same exact steps. Is there something I could have done inadvertently to change this. Also, how do you check to see if your network is "working properly"? Thank you. Frank

 

Install Win11 on a new PC

Trying to install Win11 on a NEW PC give the message: the PC doesn´t meet the minimum system requirements, but it is not true. TC brand new PC meets all the reqirements. Windows doesn´t even tell what requirements the it doesn see

Can you help me?

Suggest you to plug in an external keyboard to check if that helps.

Follow these steps to launch the On-screen keyboard:

  Press Windows key + R to get the run window.
  
• 
  Type “osk” and hit enter to launch the On-screen keyboard and check if this helps.
