    Can't get on top my laptop


    Hi, when I went to start up my laptop HP 15- b212wrn with Intel Celeron N4000, when I got to the login page for my outlook account which comes up every time that I start my laptop up, i entered the password that I always use for it and that always logs me in but this time it didn't work. It said the password was wrong and to try again. I then tried to reset my password but i said i needed to use an external flash drive to restart it. Please help me. I am using my son's laptop i logged in on the outlook.com site so is it just a booting issue? Why is my password for my account good when I log in from my outlook.com site but not when I log in to my outlook account when I start up my laptop? Thanks

    There's a tab open at the top of my screen and I can't get rid of it: For some reason there is a google chrome tab at the top of my screen that never goes away, even when I delete all tabs. It is completely different that what I normally have, since I have a background on my google homepage, but it does not show up using this other google tab....
