    Can't get out of initial recovery startup

    Recovery


    Your PC couldn't start properly


    After multiple tries, the operating system on your PC failed to start, so it needs to be repaired


    Error code: 0xc0000001


    You'll need to use recovery tools. If you don't have any installation media like a disc or USB device, contact your PC administrator or PC/Device manufacturer


    Press Enter to try again

    Press F1 to enter Recovery environment

    Press F8 for Startup Settings

    Press Esc for UEFI Firmware Settings


    I've been at this screen for hours. Whenever I press F1, it brings me back here. Safe mode on F8 brings me back here. Even consecutively pressing the power button three times brings me here. I do not have a recovery USB.


    Is there anything I can do to get out of this?

    Recovery to normal startup from diagnostic startup in windows 10

    Hi Dimas,

    There are different factors that can contribute to the issue you're facing that your computer wont boot up to the normal Windows 10 environment after using diagnostic startup. This could be caused by corrupted files or settings that need to be reconfigured.
    As a initial recommendation, kindly refer to the steps below to start the computer in normal mode.

    • Press Windows + R keys from the Keyboard.
    • Type msconfig and hit Enter.
    • Click on the General tab.
    • Select the Normal startup option.
    • Click on Apply and Ok.
    • Restart the system and check.
