Windows 10: Can't get out of S Model, help me?

Hello,I have just gotten a new Gateway laptop and have gone through all the updates after setting it up! But I'm having a major problem... I've tried more than ten times to exit from S Mode, every time I click "Get" it gives me the "Something happened..." message. The laptop is brand new and I'm incredibly frustrated with the fact I can't get out of S Mode, I've tried almost every trick on here...Help me?

• Which build of Windows 10 is installed on the machine?
  
  (Search winver from the Start menu to know the same)
  
• What’s the version of 3D Builder application installed on the machine?
  
• Is the issue specific to the model you’ve downloaded, or does it happen on all the models?
  

The issue could probably due to the corrupt model. If the issue is not specific to the model you’ve downloaded, you may try the steps listed in the article
Fix problems with apps from Microsoft Store and see if it helps.



If the issue is specific to the model you’ve downloaded, I suggest you to use the
Microsoft 3D Printing repair tool and see if the issue persists.
