Windows 10: Can’t get passed windows screen while my mouse and keyboard would only work in BIOS

A couple days ago I just used my PC (desktop) normally, I then just normally shut down my computer. The next day I boot up my pc like normal but suddenly I became stuck in a recovery loop, I would tried using the startup repair option but my mouse and keyboard weren’t on but they were on in bios. I tried to unplug and replug it, change 3.0 to 2.0 and so on. People told me to put the windows media creator in a flash drive which is qhat I did but just like my mouse and keyboard, it would only be on in bios. Does anyone mind helping me?

Thanks for your help my PS keyboard is working unfortunately my usb mouse/keyboard still do not work even after having my OS installed. How would i go about selecting to load the driver packages?

I have had this issue before luckily I have and old PS keyboard and mouse to use until windows loads. What version of windows are you trying to load? Like suggested make sure you have usb support on in the bios and you select to load the driver packages in memory when loading windws
