Windows 10: Can’t get past welcome screen no matter what

I can’t get past the welcome loading screen screen and if I take to long on the screen before it, it freezes, boot options troubleshoot doesn’t show advanced items the command prompt I’ve tried everything there. And I’ve logged in during the brokenness and I used advanced troubleshoot But like I said that doesn’t show up now. I’ve tried a lot in safe mode… is there any possible way to get past this

Best thermal paste

Most decent thermal paste is about all the same (1-2 degree difference). Without knowing the two listed, (I use MX-2), I would suggest going with the one that is non-conductive.

 

Help with heat sink thermal paste for h100i 1800x

Use the paste you brought. Also I would have suggest artic x4 unless yours is better but yes use yours.

Actually check the temp with the factory standard factory paste first and list the temps
