Windows 10: Cant get Radarscope app to open.

The power went out and when I got back on things were rearranged.Having a hard time resetting things.Now I cant load my Radarscope.The icon doesnt work.I really need that radar back.Microsoft Store doesnt open as well.I need help to get things back in orderWhen I get on in the morning I have to reload All the passwords to everything...-Help Me

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)

Ok...feel really stupid...just purchased Radarscope from the Microsoft Store and got emailed receipt but I can not figure out how to download.

I did that to no avail, then I ran WSReset.exe; now I'm good on all 3, Mail, Calendar and People! *Confused
Go figure!
