Windows 10: Can't get rid of Microsoft Office 2010 Single image (need to get rid of 32-bit to get 64-bit)

I completely got rid of office 2010, no sign of it on my computer anywhere, used reno uninstaller to get rid of it and all the files, then used cc cleaner to remove any registery files associated with microsoft office

Yet still when i go to reinstall it, it still says that it won't download the x64 bit since a x32 version still exists of microsoft office 2010 single image

Help????

I am currently running Office 2010 on an older Windows 7 32-bit laptop.

Will my current install CDs for Office 2010 install and run on a newer Windows 10 64-bit machine?

How do I get Windows update to stop prompting me to update these 32-bit packages when I have a Windows 10 64-bit machine? I have tried updating the equivalent 64-bit packages from Microsoft, but then have be updated.
