Windows 10: can't get the windows 10 iso using media creation tool Error code: 0x80080005 - 0x90017

Im trying to download the windows 10 iso so I can repair my laptop that wont boot after updating it and I can't because the media creation tool says "there was a problem running this tool" and I get the error code: 0x80080005 - 0x90017, thanks in advance to any responds.

its installed the updates but getting an error code 0x80080005 - 0x90017

0x8007043C - 0x90017 error when trying to run media creation tool on windows 10

The error code 0x8007043C - 0x90017 means that the tool doesn't have permission for it to run. For us to assist you, we suggest that you follow the simple steps listed below:

1. Right-click on the Media Creation Tool.exe.

2. Press Properties.

3. Click on General.

4. At the bottom, click on Unblock.

5. Press Apply, and then OK.
