Windows 10: Can't get to desktop and Can't log in to advanced start up menu?

I cannot procede to my desktop. I boot up fine, put in my pin to log into windows but it does not load. It just sits there stuck with the loading screen saying welcome and doesnt get me to the desktopI have tried to use the command console and other features of the afvanced startup menu, but when i go to log in to my windows account it wont accept the password. Ive tested it multiple times, its the correct password, but it refuses to accept itAny help, please im completely locked out of my computer

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

Windows 10 Advance Startup mode not showing menu (only power off menu)

I realize the inconvenience you are experiencing with Windows Startup options. I will certainly help you.

I suggest you to try the steps below and check if this helps in enabling the Advance boot option.

• Use any administrator account to sign-in/log on to your Windows 10 computer.
• Once on the desktop window, right-click the Start button from the bottom left corner.
• From the displayed context menu, click the Command Prompt (Admin) option.
• In the opened Administrator: Command Prompt interface, type the
  BCDEDIT /SET {DEFAULT} BOOTMENUPOLICY LEGACY command.
• Hit Enter to execute the command.
• Close the command window when done.
• After this, left-click the Start button.
• Click Power from the Start menu.
• From the displayed options, click Restart.

Now follow the below steps and check if you are able to see the
Advance boot options.

• Open Settings, and click/tap on the
  Update & security icon.
• 
  Click/tap on
  Recovery on the left side, and click/tap on Restart
  now under Advanced startup. Check if you are able to view the
  Troubleshoot option.

windows 10 start menu doesn´t work

Hi

I returned to my own old microsoft account because of reason I descriebed before.

I run Microsoft Safety Scanner, didn`t find any spyware or viruses. This issue didn`t help me to solve the start menu problem.

I use norton as antivirus software. I tried disableing it, but also didn`t help. Only helped me unninstaling drop box programme. The start menu has been working until than, but with very limmeted functions. Don`t recieve error mesage.
The microsoft store app program is not shown up. Microsoft Mail programme don`t work, have to use webmail. I tried again attempt reinstall apps via powershell, but without any success. I use Microsoft account.
