Windows 10: Can’t get to sign in screen after booting up computer.

So I was playing a game and my computer screen goes black, but it is not off. I wait a few seconds and then I manually turn off my computer and turn it back on. This is where the problem occurs:When I turn on my computer, it shows the loading screen, the screen shows blue glitched horizontal lines for half a second, then the loading screen pauses, and finally the monitor turns off for power saving purposes because it doesn’t detect a signal. When I hit a key on my keyboard moments after or leave it by itself, it restarts the loading process, but doesn’t get to the sign in screen. How do I fix

computer won't boot but has power

Kursah, that 6 steps are granted it always boots at the 6th step (sometimes at the 4th) and I have to remove the ethernet cable every time otherwise I'll have to do countless steps, that's a fact. I do not have Wake On Lan set.

 

Gigabyte 6950 1ghz computer won't boot

I did reset the bios (with the old card, with the 6950 it wont boot to bios screen even)
I didnt list it but my cpu is a core I5 540 2.6 with 2*2GB of corsair 1333

HDD irrelevent imho since a computer should boot to bios without one

I suggest you check if you are able to boot into Windows Recovery Environment using installation media. Follow the steps provided below and check.

• • Insert the installation USB and boot Windows 10 from it.
  • In the ‘Windows setup’ page select the ‘language to install’, ‘Time and currency format’ and the ‘keyboard or input method’ and click on ‘next’.
  • Click on ‘Repair your computer’ and select ‘Troubleshoot’.

Check if you are able to boot to this window. If you are unable to boot to this window, I suggest you to contact the manufacturer and check.
